Grem's Gear - new stuff

Postby Gremlin » Fri Jul 16, 2010 3:05 pm

It's easier to just start a new thread than it is to look for a thread I haven't posted to in ages so here goes. I've been working with chainmail for 2.5 years now and finally have some decent work to show. These are not leather but they are wallet chains (so .... leather related I guess)
Sorry folks. This First one is sold.
If you want one like this, let me know.

Thanks guys, much appreciated. I do what I can.

Here are some stats if anyone is interested:

Pictures 1 & 2 are the same chain. Picture #2 is a closeup of the chain.
The chain is a Byz weave with a triple connector.
This chain is 18 gauge stainless steel square wire and 18.5 inches long.
The belt loop hook is a base metal (brass I think) with nickel coating.
The wallet ring is a metal split ring.

Pictures 3 & 4 are the same chain. Picture #4 is a closeup of the chain.
This chain is an Elf Weave.
This chain is 16 gauge stainless steel wire and 18.5 inches long.
The belt loop snaphook is a base metal (brass I think) with nickel coating.
The wallet ring is a metal split ring.

Pictures 5 & 6 are the same chain. Picture #6 is a closeup of the chain.
This chain is a Full Persian weave.
This chain is 16 gauge bronze wire and 16 gauge blackened stainless steel wire.
It is also 18.5 inches long.

It is also 18.5 inches long.
